Chinese army have a good history of delivering aid
Well organised rescue attempt
Little damage to the largest cities
Chinese Red Cross are well equipped and funded.
Good medical care available and on the scene swiftly
Unlikely to be any disease (dysentery/ cholera/ typhoid effects)
